Łukasz Błońska Nowicki is a Viswe politician and diplomat. He was the Marshal of Vistulzka under President Aleksander Rakowski from 2008 to 2012, and a Ambassador to Falland from 2004 to 2008 under President Larsya Sporysh. Nowicki has been a member of the Chruściel-Orange Republican Party since 2000 and was the party's nominee for the 2024 Vistulzkan elections against Józef Kamiński.
