The marshal of Vistulzka (Vistulzkan: Marszałek Wiślańska), officially the marshal of the Orthodox Republic of Vistulzka (Vistulzkan: Marszałek Prawosławna Republika Wiślańska) is the head of government of the Orthodox Republic of Vistulzka and shares power in this position with the President of Vistulzka. The Marshal is appointed by the president during the election.

The marshal is the second highest power of the federal government, after the president of Vistulzka. The marshal is appointed by the president during their election cycle and will often platform with the president. The marshal may be dismissed by the Sejm of Vistulzka when the Sejm votes for the creation of a Council of Confidence. The establishment of the Council of Confidence completely replaces both the office of the marshal and the entirety of the Ducal Council. The marshal, alongside with the head of the Ducal Council is responsible for the recommendation and approval of the members of the Ducal Council, who are appointed by the president.
