The Monarchy of Atmora-Arcadia, officially called the Great Elven monarchy, is the federal monarchy of Atmora-Arcadia. The monarch's title is "Emperor/Keizer" (male) or "Empress/Keizerin" (female). The current monarch and head of state, Empress Naomi IV, ascended the thrones of both Atmora and Arcadia upon the abdication of her parents Emperor Fredrik-Alexander of Atmora and Empress Sierra II of Arcadia, on 3 September 2215 uniting the two empires.
