Oya'aL Modern Zhenian: 오야'인), formally known as The Land of a Thousand Rivers Modern Zhenian: 만수도), is a Oyan Monarchy. This unique democratic system is comprise of elements from three more communly found systems: A Constitutional Monarchy, a Meritocratic Oligarchy, and a Direct Democracy. The Monarch is elected from the royal family by the Oligarchs, which are themselves apointed in part by the Monarch, In part by the people of each Administrative division, and in part byt the other Oligarchs. most of the internat state affaires are handled by the Oligarch, while the Monarch handles most of the External affairs.
