Founded during the Great War as a organization fighting for Ostric independence, the People's Party has kept an independent Ostric republic as its main goal. This has evolved into many forms, from its current gradualist and reformist nature in the modern political scene, to its more revolutionary actions prevalent from the party's founding to around the 1980s.
