The AMX-45 is a Sieuxerrian third-generation main battle tank that was designed by GIAT Industries (Now Nexter) in 1973. It was one of the first main battle tanks in Septentrion to be equipped with a high-velocity 120mm smoothbore gun as standard armament.
Development
The AMX-45 began development as a modernized version of the AMX-30 main battle tank.
