Albrecht Manfred Neumann; 22 October 1878 – 12 September 1969) was a Besmenian politican and statesman who was the 4th Prime Minister of Besmenia from 1944 to 1956. Previously, Neumann was governor of the Besmenian state of North Lemberland from 1936 to 1944. Neumann was also party leader of the Free Besmenian Citizen's Party from 1945 to 1959.

His term of office was mainly shaped by the Inner Besmenian border conflict, the historical 1949 Tofino Summit and the World War . An easy and peaceful rapprochement between East Besmenia and West Besmenia also shaped his term of office.
