The Tavrita-class light cruiser was a class of Light cruisers built by the Republic of Syara in the 1920s. They were designed to act as convoy escorts, anti-air cover, and fleet support for the Navy of the Syaran Republic as part of the Cruiser Race with the Cacertian Royal Navy. A total of 20 were planned, of which 16 were completed before the outbreak of the Siduri War, by which the design was considered outdated. All ships saw extensive service during the Siduri War, although most did not take part in major fleet actions. Of 16 vessels completed, 9 were sunk, another two scuttled at the end of the war, while the remainder were pressed into service with Syara's post-war navy. The surviving ships were scrapped in 1947.
