Vincent von Schilling (born: 18 August 1973), is a Besmenian politican, who is since 2021 the 13th President of Besmenia.
Von Schilling was member of the Federal Chamber from 2005 to 2009 and from 2009 to 2021 a member of the State Chamber of Gablitz. From 2011 to 2014 he served as Minister of Interior of Gablitz, after his predecessor has resigned. From 2014 to 2021 he served as the Governor of Gablitz.
Early life and education
Vincent von Schilling was born on August 18, 1973 in Sulzburg, Neidenstein-Sulzburg, to the son of Herbert von Schilling (1932-2017) and Gudrun Olfmann (1939-). In 1982 the family moved to Könlenz, Gablitz. Von Schilling attended the primary school in Sulzburg from 1980 to 1982, the Albrecht Neumann primary school from 1982 to 1984 and the regular school in Könlenz from 1984 to 1990.

In the 2005 federal election Von Schilling ran for the Könlenz constituency as successor for Rainer Mittelhof.
