Richard Benkel (born: 25 March 1957) is a Besmenian jurist and politican, who served from May 2021 to September 2021 as the 14th Premier of Besmenia. Before his primiership, Benkel was Vice President of the Federal Constitutional Court from 2004 to 2015 and President of the Federal Constitutional Courtfrom 2015 to 2021.
