The '''Imperial East''' is one of the five Imperial Regions within The Empire that comprises of the Estates of Esztergom, Gesta and Salavar. It is bordered by the Estates of Morahalom in the Imperial North and the Estates of Kallo in the Imperial South.  The Imperial East contains the eastern most section of the Tolna Mountains. It is larger than the Imperial Regions of the Imperial North or the Imperial Central, and is smaller than the Imperial South and Imperial West. The Imperial East is home of the tribes of the Erdos, Gestai and Salavari. Additionally, it is the homeland of Proto-Imperial Era Redicsi, the Vandorolt Redicsi.

During the Farkas Era, the city of Esztergom was founded around the Circle of Esztergom by the Wolf Empire. Serving as the center of all knowledge and literature, Esztergom became one of the central cities to the Wolf Empire. The city of Gesta was founded subsequently as a trading center for food and served as a bulwark trading center for wolf merchants that lived in the Tolna Mountain Range. The city of Esztergom briefly became the capitol of the Wolf Empire during the reign of the Wolf King Arpad III, until his death to which the capitol was moved to the Oroszlana in the Imperial South. Near the end of the Farkas Era and the subsequent disappearance of the Wolf Empire, much of the Cirle of Esztergom as well as the City of Gesta were nearly destroyed.

Two other important First Palatinate settlements emerged: the Circle of Gesta and the Circle of Salavar. Over the years of the First Wolf Palatinate, Esztergom served as the capital briefly under the Eight Kings Era. During the fall of the First Palatinate, the area had been beset by three different individual civil wars that ended in the destruction of the Circle of Salavar and the abandonment of the Circle of Gesta.
