The Tribunal's purpose is to dicipline and hold accountability to member states that break the CSL Charter or CSL Code of Conduct. The Collective Security League is a military alliance dedicated to protecting & spreading global democracy and protecting CSL member states.
Charter
The official charter of the Collective Security League is:
- The CSL is to uphold democratic values and human rights in its action and ideals.
- CSL member states must act as one in times of war. An attack on one is an attack on all members.
- The CSL is a primarily peaceful, defensive organisation. The CSL will not condone unprovoked aggression from its member states, or fighting amongst them.
- CSL member states are to donate at least 10% of their armed forces to the CSL peacekeeping division, with the exemption of those who are unable to do so.
- Observer states also are encouraged to donate 5% of their armed forces, with the same exemption as for member states.
