The Collective Security League is a military alliance dedicated to protecting & spreading global democracy and protecting CSL member states.


Charter

The official charter of the Collective Security League is:

  • The CSL is to uphold democratic values and human rights in its action and ideals.
  • CSL member states must act as one in times of war. An attack on one is an attack on all members.
  • The CSL is a primarily peaceful, defensive organisation. The CSL will not condone unprovoked aggression from its member states, or fighting amongst them.
  • CSL member states are to donate at least 10% of their armed forces to the CSL peacekeeping division, with the exemption of those who are unable to do so.
  • Observer states also are encouraged to donate 5% of their armed forces, with the same exemption as for member states.
  • The CSL assembly will be a Place to discuss threats faced by its member states, and how to respond to threats faced.
  • Member and observer nations are encouraged to donate to the CSL collective fund, which will provide funding to the military’s of member and observer nations who are at a financial disadvantage.
  • All CSL members are equal in rank: they are to have an equal voice in the CSL assembly. They all have a right to challenge the CSL charter, aside from the first 3 articles and this article

Tribunal

On May 28, 2023 (UTC), CSL members voted to create the Collective Security League: Official Tribunal. The Tribunal's purpose is to dicipline and hold accountability to member states that break the CSL Charter or CSL Code of Conduct. The Tribunal consists of 6 judges that are periodically switched to ensure fairness. The current judges are:
