Carter William Nelson (Born October 20th, 1971) is a Beatavician politician who is the current Prime Minister of Beatavic. A member of the United Conservatives party, he previously served as the Lieutenant Governor of Liverly from 2014-2022 and as mayor of Greenhill, Liverly from 2008-2014.
