Carter William Nelson (Born October 20th, 1971) is a Beatavician politician who is the current Prime Minister of Beatavic. A member of the VWV party, he previously served as the Governor of Wijnvorden from 2014-2022, and Mayor of Amstelvoort from 2006-2014.
