Małgosia Maria Lemańska (born 7 July, 1987) is a Viswe politician and labor organizer who served on the Ducal Council from 2016 to 2020 and served as the Marshal of Vistulzka since 2020. She is a member of the Orthodox Republican Party, and was the first woman to serve as the Marshal of Vistulzka. She is considered to be one of the faces of the Vistulzkan progressive movement and During her time on the Ducal Council, she was placed as the head of the Department of Trade & Labor Relations. She is the youngest person to ever have served as Marshal in Vistulzka.
Lemańska was born and raised in New Pereya, East Karpatska Voivodeship and graduated from the East Karpatskan Voivode University in 2008. She subsequently worked as a labor organizer for the East Vistulzkan Labor Union for eight years. She participated in several notable strikes and labor unionization efforts. She was a key member to the Southeast Vistulzkan Port Strike of 2011. Her role in the port strike negotiations brought her considerable notoriety, especially on the political scene. Her hardline approach and unwillingness to compromise was seen by many as a need to provide more support for the workers.
In 2012, she was speculated to be on the shortlist as Chair of the Department of Trade & Labor Relations by President Marek Głąbiński during the 2012 election. However, she ended rumors and speculation, stating that Głąbiński did not approach her about the position and would not consider it due to the deteriorating relations between the East Vistulzkan Labor Union and the Department of Trade & Labor Relations. She would later participate in the Karpatskan Paper Company Strike of 2014, but took a backseat during this time in what she considered to be a losing fight between the Karpatskan Paper Company and the West Vistulzkan Labor Union. She instead focused on the internal functions of the East Vistulzkan Labor Company and would help push popular support and campaign for Stanisław Duda in the 2016 Vistulzkan presidential election. During Duda's campaign, Lemańska was considered as the potential Chair for the Department of Trade & Labor Relations or as the Chair of the Department of Public Development. She was selected as the future Chair of the Department of Trade & Labor Relations.
In 2016, she was selected by Józef Wojciechowski as his Marshal during the 2020 Vistulzkan presidential elections
