  • The Conservatives accused Elias' electoral group of frauding the elections along with the Supreme Electoral Court of Trenado
  • The international community disputed Elias' win due to inconsistencies in electoral data and a suspicious series of events leading to the candidate's victory
  • The Trenadian Court of Justice declares Osvaldo Cervantes as the new president after months of analysis, with the opponent's candidacy being revoked
