Norcust Aviation is the largest privately owned airline in Radictistan and the second largest overall in terms of passenger traffic. Restricted by law from operating international routes except as charters, Norcust Aviation has agressively expanded its route map to compete with the state-owned Royal Radictistan Airways by serving smaller airports. The airline operates under the hub-and-spoke model with most of its destinations in the northern and central regions of the country. Flights to smaller airports are operated by regional airlines under contract, operating under the Norcust Connection brand.

Onboard service
Norcust Aviation offers complimentary beverage and snack service on all flights. Complimentary meals are available to all passengers on flights over three hours if the flight occurs during a meal time. Passengers in the Main Cabin pay extra for alcoholic beverages.
Passengers traveling on Tu-204 aircraft have access to twelve prerecorded audio channels at their seat. Norcust Connection aircraft have no audio entertainment facilities.
All carry-on luggage is free on Norcust Aviation flights. The first piece of checked baggage per person is also free, with extra bags costing R$60 each.
Club North
Norcust Aviation's operates a number of airport lounges under the name Club North. These are open to high-level frequent fliers or those who purchase monthly or annual memberships. Club North facilities offer patrons free alcoholic beverages, light snacks, and wireless internet access. Patrons can also read complimentary magazines and newspapers.
Political activity
Norcust Aviation has dedicated considerable resources to overturning the statuatory monopoly granted to Royal Radictistan Airways for regularly scheduled international flights. So far these efforts have been unsuccessful due to the opposition of the ruling Fascist Democratic Party and the legal complications which would ensue if RRA lost its monopoly.
Accidents and incidents
Norcust Aviation has suffered one hull-loss accident in its history. On February 11, 2010, a DHC-7 turboprop flying as Norcust Connection Flight 291 crashed while attempting to land at Nubarghof Airport near the popular ski resort of the same name. Only two of the fifty-one persons onboard survived.
