Comprised of the entirety of present-day [[Garambura]], [[Rwizikuru]], [[Tabora]], and [[Djedet]] as well as parts of present-day [[Mabifia]], it was intended as a political union between Rwizikuru, Tabora, and Djedet with the intention of inviting other Bahian states to join.
