Eliot Reymont (born January 5th, 1980) is current Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Kingdom of Malgrave.
Early life and career
Eliot was born in Royal Epping General Hospital on the 5th of January 1980, as the only child of Frank Reymont a train driver and Julia Reymont a union organiser. Her earlier school days were quite unremarkable with Eliot being considered an average student by her teachers, although it was noted that Eliot had a fascination with trains and giving orders with Eliot later revealing that on certain occasions before more strict security measures were put in place she would often visit her father and sit inside the drivers cab during his afternoon weekend shifts.
It was during secondary school and college that Eliot finally became more focused and dedicated to her studies, with an eventual aim of following in her fathers footsteps and joining the state-owned train company MalTra. In 1994 Eliot finished college and decided to enrol in Royal Pakosc University under recommendation from MalTra and its academy program, after leaving with a Phd in economics she joined MalTra as Senior Procurement Officer handling purchases for a sector of the Epping Underground. Eliot, however, was displeased with the lack of funding directed towards her sector of the underground and quit after just one year in the job focusing her efforts in standing in the 2000 Malgravean General Election for the Progressive Unity Party narrowly beating her Conservative Action Party rival in a close and often bitter race.

In 2000 Eliot was chosen by then Prime Minister Nikola Tesla to become Minister of Cultural Sensitivity, she was immediately tasked with reorganising and massively expanding the Ministry so it could cope with the expected influx of cultural productions entering the country from abroad following the governments decision to move away from isolationism. On top of increasing the size of the Ministry and organising a new regulatory structure to deal with the addition of foreign productions, Eliot also established new guidelines designed to protect the cultural and religious sensitivities of certain allied nations, and prevent embarrassing incidents that could harm international relations.
Minister of Transport
Following the appointment of Rachel Berry as Interim Prime Minister and her latter successful election campaign Eliot was chosen as the countries Transport Minister, following on from her predecessor Eliot spent vast sums of money in expanding the countries high speed and underground rail network across the country and approved construction of transport networks in the research colony and several other foreign countries. Since 2012 Eliot has been proactive in expanding MalTra into foreign countries like the Greater Pony Herd by purchasing smaller rival companies and actively competing for infrastructure and servicing contracts.
