Eun-Young Moon (born September 15th, 1988) is the 15th and current transport minister of the United Kingdom of Malgrave.
Early life and career
Eun-Young Moon was born in Omsk on the 15th of September, 1988, not much is known about her early life, however, it is known that in 2002 she became involved with an engineering scheme organised by the Omsk branch of the Ancestral Study Group and Free Democratic Youth in an attempt to foster engineering talents in the country following the Lost Decade. Eun-Young spent the next few years gaining first-hand experience observing engineers working to maintain and modernise the various infrastructure points that worked their way through the mountains surrounding Omsk.
In 2010 Eun-Young completed her education leaving Omsk Engineering Academy with a degree in civil engineering before going on to accept a role at MalTra. Between 2010 and 2014, Eun-Young worked to facilitate the expansion of railway projects in the Research Colony, with the tunnel network connecting the territory with mainland Kouralia receiving a high priority to facilitate the increase in trade and tourism between the two territories.
Following Eun-Young's success in organising these projects she was approached by Eliot Reymont and asked to represent the Progressive Unity Party in the 2014 Malgravean General Election. Eun-Young was able to win representation in the Chamber of Representatives and due to her background was given a junior position in the Transport Ministry.
In 2017, Eun-Young was selected as Eliot Reymont's successor. Since becoming Transport Minister, Eun-Young has overseen the expansion of MalTra into international markets such as the Dornalian Republic alongside projects to integrate the Research Colony with its immediate neighbours through the construction of dedicated freight lines and improved port and airport facilities.
