Isaakios Kinnamos, Lord Kinnamos (29 December 1937 – 19 April 2016) was a Latin politician of Imbrosian descent and former Senator for Thyroskopeion from 1986 until 2010.
Isaakios Kinnamos MCC (29 December 1937 – 19 April 2016) was Perateian statesman, who served in as a Senate from 1996 until 2014. He was appointed Eparch of Leonople in 1996. Kinnamos  remained in the Senate until his death, briefly serving as Logothete of the Waters.

Kinnamos became leader of the Together for Imbros in 1979, which has since lead to a great revival for the party and a shift left in policies. He has been a great and prominent advocate for greater Greek autonomy in Latium. However, he reaffirms that he is a proud citizen of Latium, attributing this to the great respect he earned for Diana Augusta and the Latin Monarchy for the Imperial actions during the Social War to protect the Hellene people. Kinnamos declined to run for reelection in 2010, opting to retire from public office; he remained MYI leader until his assassination in 2016.

In July 2010, he was made a life peer as The Lord Kinnamos by Emperor Jason VI Augustus.

Family
Kinnamos was born in 1937 to Maurice and Maria Kinnamos in the small rural town of Hagios Onouphrios in the county of Bósporos. He was the youngest of four children and the only son of Maurice and Maria. By trade, his father was a farmer on land that had been in the family's possession for over two centuries. His mother's occupation was never documented, nor was her family name. Kinnamos hasn't spoken much of his family in interviews, but he states that he was named after his patrilineal grandfather.
Personal Life & Education
Kinnamos attended primary school in his village of Hagios Onouphrios, though he has stated in interviews that he was a slow learner and significantly struggled in his schoolings. He attended primary school at in interesting time in Latin history, when the National Workers Social Movement Party controlled the Senate, and attempted to institute a number of laws to restrict the usage of the Greek language, and even the rights of Greek citizens. At age 9, he was one of many students who was forced into usage of Latin at schools. Later in 1948, he and many of his classmates were prohibited from attending public schooling due to their Greek ethnicity, and he, along with his sisters were sent away to live with an aunt. His parents were killed by members of the Voluntarius Militia National Obequio, the NWSMP paramilitary wing, as Imperial forces closed in on the liberation of Hagios Onouphrios. When the war ended, Kinnamos was 18 years old and officially joined the Latin Army upon his acceptance to Olympia Military Academy, where he studied Politics, Philosophy, and Economics.
Marriage
Kinnamos remained unmarried until he was 47 years old, when he married Lady Andrea Anistia, youngest daughter of Peter Anistius, 17th Duke Palaiologi. At 30 years old, Andrea Anistia was 17 years his junior; the two remained married until his assassination in 2016. The couple met at a ball during Kinnamos' tenure as Mayor of Alexandria. Together they had two children: Maurice and Anna.
