Pyotr Viktor Dorman (27 August 1823 - 25 April 1903) was a Ruvelkan officer of the Imperial Ruvelkan Army who would later become a commanding general within the anti-Communist White Forces during the First Ruvelkan Civil War. Dorman gained a popular reputation during the Red War with both the Red and White Armies as a skilled and just administrator who did not tolerate lawlessness or looting by his troops. A stubborn commander and staunch protector of the Imperial Family, he is best remembered as the last general to surrender during the civil war.

After the White Movement was defeated in 1867, Pyotr was allowed to settle in the newly established Ruvelkan Socialist Republic as part of a Communist policy of reconciliation. His family's wealth, however, was redistributed which left them relatively impoverished. He subsequently avoided politics or involving himself in anti-Communist political movements, instead dedicating the remainder of his life to the care of his family by working as a tailor until his death in 1903.

Dorman's granddaughter, Kátálin Dorman, later helped to found the Imperial Separatist Movement which went on to defeat the Communists during a second civil war.
