History

Lyrics

Ellandic Translation
-1-
Norsund, kära fosterjorden
Må Du länge leve nog
Ännu skönt som äldre dagar
vad helst händer än
-2-
Från den höga kustenfjorden
till de stora älv og skog
Isen som över gården välvar
landet som är vårt
-3-
Förenade i mångfalden
står folket klart för Dig
Lång leve, lång leve
Lännen som är fosterjorden
Förenade i mångfalden
står folket klart för Dig
Lång leve, lång leve
-1-
Norsund, dear fatherland
May Thou live long still
As beautiful as olden days
whatever still happens
-2-
From the high coastal fjords
to the big river and forest
The ice which over farm arches
over the land of ours
-3-
United in diversity
the people stand ready for Thee
Live long, live long
United in diversity
the people stand ready for Thee
Live long, live long
