Eloranta-Forscher GmbH is a Valkean-Nidwaldeser automotive company based in Erzberg, Nidwalden. It is responsible for designing, manufacturing, marketing, and selling vehicles under the Eloranta and Forscher brands.
Talks of a merger between Eloranta and Forscher came about as early as 2003. Negotiations continued until 2007 where the two established Eloranta-Forscher as a holding company.
