Eloranta-Forscher GmbH is a Valkean-Nidwaldeser automotive company based in Erzberg, Nidwalden. It is responsible for designing, manufacturing, marketing, and selling vehicles under the Eloranta and Forscher brands.

Talks of a merger between Eloranta and Forscher came about as early as 2003, but didn't make significant progress until Andreas Penttilä became executive chairman of Eloranta in 2005. Negotiations continued until 2007 where the two established Eloranta-Forscher as a holding company.
