Policies


Reserving a percentage of places at universities for women, a percentage for people from working-class backgrounds and a percentage for Romani Travellers. All teachers in the new universities to be required to be communists.

Outlawing concubinage.

A crackdown on "counter-revolutionary substances" and gambling.

Abolition of the Book of Justice.

Outlawing polygyny and introducing land reform.

A crackdown on loan-sharking and the abolition of wage labour.

Raising the age of consent for unmarried persons to 18.

Raising the age of consent for male homosexual relationships to 20.

Requiring heads of state suspected of war crimes, genocide and crimes against humanity to have televised trials, guilt or innoncent in which shall be the matters of public vote, with the sentences also being matters of public vote and also being televised.

Replacing the Army and law enforcement agencies with a "Peoples' Militia".


Closing Sharifistani School of Fencing without compensation.

Abolition of Grammar Schools and private schools. Complete revamping of the education system.

Raising the pay of teachers in the newly constituted schools.

Repeal of the sumptuary laws.

Reintroduction of conscription but without deferments for education (except for medical courses).

Abolishing the Sultanate, the nobility and the ties between Maturidi Islam and the state.


Imposing a a minimum mahr for war widows at £10,000 (in money or in kind) to stop them from being exploited as they compete with other women.

Industrialists to be subjected to televised trials with guilt or innocence (and punishments) to be decided by public vote.

Base of support

The Maoist base of support is strongest amongst the rural poor and working-class Pashtuns with school teachers and young soldiers (15-19) also being highly likely to support Maoism.
