Alexandria (/ˌæləɡˈzændriə/; Iravian: Alexandrië) officially the City of Alexandria (Iravian: Stad van Alexandrië), is the capital of Atmora and is a coastal seaport city in the Province of South Alexisburg within the Kingdom of Lieseltania, with the Alexandria Mountain Range to the north of the city and directly bordering the Salish Sea. The 2075 census recorded 11,929,314 people in the city, making it the second largest Atmora municipality. The Greater Alexandria area of around 14.3 million inhabitants is the second most populous metropolitan area in the country. Alexandria is one of the most ethnically and linguistically diverse cities in Atmora; 36% of its residents have a first language other than English. Alexandria is classed as a Alpha++ global city. The City of Alexandria encompasses a land area of about 8,382 square kilometres, giving it a population density of about 1,423.21 people per square kilometre (3,686.44 per square mile). Alexandria is the second most densely populated Atmoran municipality.

Alexandria is consistently named as one of the top five worldwide cities for livability and quality of life, and the Economist Intelligence Unit acknowledged it as the first city to rank among the top-five of the world's most liveable cities for five consecutive decades. Alexandria has hosted many international conferences and events. In 2014, following thirty years in California, the annual TED conference made Alexandria its indefinite home. Several matches of the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup were played in Alexandria, including the final at South Alexisburg Place Stadium.
