South Balisaland is a province in Rwizikuru, which as of the 2011 census is the second-most populous province in the country, with around 7.1 million inhabitants living in the province. It is home to the second-largest city of Rwizikuru, Chekumabvazuva, which serves as the provincial capital. It is bordered to the west by Midlands, to the north by North Balisaland, to the east by the country of Garambura, and to the southwest by Manathea.
