Touloisie

Touloisie (pronounced t.u.l.w.a.z.i) is a sovereign state located on the continent of Primeria. Touloisie is a Unitary Constitutional Republic with a semi-presidential regime. The national motto is "Freedom, Knowledge, Sovereignty". The flag is composed of a yellow background, a red transversal line and 3 white birds inside the line symbolizing knowledge. The capital is Poitiers, a city that has been losing population for some years, a case that is almost unique in the world. The official language of the Touloisie is classical French. At one time, patois were spoken such as Poitevin, Saintongeais, Limousin, Gascon, Languedocien or even Basque and Bearnais but these languages fell into disuse in the 80's after the war and only a few thousand people are speakers. The official currency is the Touloisian pound. Touloisie plays a fairly important role in the world with a medium-sized network of embassies and consulates. Touloisie is a major economic power with a GDP of $288.3 billion (7th in the world) and is very present in the fields of aeronautics, food and robotics. It remained a major industrial power for a long time before being overtaken in the 1950s. The unemployment rate was 4.9% in the 4th quarter of 2021, the Touloisie has an HDI of 0.878, 12th in the world. The Touloisie is a member of several global and regional organizations such as WEMO (World Economic and Military Organisation) OMEM in French, IHO (International Health Organisation) OIS in French. Touloisie is also part of the international free trade zone (white zone), the economic alliance of the Entente and the Paris Pact, aimed at helping nations in difficulty and, among other things, preventing a recurrence of the Great War (1969-1985). Touloisie is also a prominent member of the Primeriavenir council for the ecological transition of the continent. Touloisie has also applied several times in the BVB but all applications were rejected.
