It is the primary executive advisory body to the President of Arabi. The president is the director of the board but is not formally a member of the Cabinet. The presidential line of succession is the order in which officials of the Arabin federal government assume the powers and duties of the office of president of Arabi if the incumbent president becomes incapacitated, dies, resigns, or is removed from office (via impeachment by the House of Representatives and subsequent conviction in a trial by the Senate).
