The Astyrian Postal League is the Astyrian international organisation that attempts to regulate international protocols relating to the cross-national delivery and transport of mail and other postal products. It publishes the annual "International Post Guide", which details the complex financial arrangements between national postal authorities that facilitate the delivery of letters and parcels world-wide. It also serves as the peak body representing the postal industry on a global level, promoting its services.
Members
Membership of the APL is open to both sovereign nations and postal authorities. In most cases, the sovereign nation is represented by one postal authority; however, some nations may have more than one postal authority or share a postal authority with another nation.
