The Vice Prime Minister of Besmenia (Besmenian: Vizepremierminister von Besmenien) is the deputy for the Prime Minister of Besmenia.
The Vice Prime Minister is not the Prime Minister's successor if the Prime Minister's office ceases without a successor having been appointed (e.g. by resignation).
