The Polarussian People's National Army is the land force of the Military of Polarus. The People's National Army's equipment is provided by Russia, Nikolia, and the Blackhelm Confederacy.
The Army includes two armored and three mechanized divisions one of which is the 8th Armored Division based at the capital which was formed from the 8th Armored Brigade after 1988. Another is the 40th Mechanized Infantry Division apparently based in the Third Military Region. The mission of the 40th Division is usually the protection of the Polarussian-Confederate frontier. The third, the 12th Mechanized Division, is positioned at Zulheina, the nation's second largest port.
