Mustafa Mokrani, also known as Al Henayyen (The Kind), is a Polarussian criminal who is regarded as "The Father" of the trafficking business in the east of the country, especially border cities like Jamrah.

Early life

Mokrani was born on March 28, 1957, and was left as an orphan after his parents were killed in an accident in their hometown of Jamrah. Mokrani was subsequently raised in a local orphanage before joining the Imperial Army of the Empire of Exponent at the age of 18.

In 1976, Mokrani deployed as a medic in the Imperial Army to present-day Jafala, where he took part on several battles during the Hesperidesian Revolutions. Mokrani's service allowed him to master the Jafalan language, alongside his native Polaran, as well as Latin, Arabic, and English.

Early career

After his discharge from the military in 1977, Mokrani maintained connections with both former unit mates as well as individuals throughout Jafala. It is believed Mokrani leveraged these connections to funnel individuals - particularly children - out of Eastern Hesperidesia and to more stable parts of Astyria, like Lorecia and Teudallum.

By 1982, Mokrani's human trafficking enterprise expanded into a full criminal operation, with several dozen individuals employed in smuggling mostly children through the Hesperidesian Highlands, across Polarus on onward to other continents.
