Emmanuel Adolfo Cabañeras Videla (March 15, 1943-October 19, 2002) was the Minister of Defense of Creeperopolis and the Chief Field Marshal of the Creeperian Army from 1976 to 2002.
Emmanuel Adolfo Cabañeras Videla was appointed as Minister of Defense on July 14, 1976, by Emperor Romero II following the death of his father, Alfonso Cabañeras Moreno.
He lead the Creeperian Army during the early years of the Mara War. As Chief of the DINA, torture was commonly used on prisoners.
