Horst Lommberg ( 31 January 1904 – 21 April 1998) was a Besmenian politician who served as the last Chancellor of the Kingdom of Besmenia from 1948 to 1949. After the Besmenian reunification, he was President of the Federal Chamber from 1952 to 1964.
