Novnoebiya, officially the Republic of Novnoebiya (Erquinian: Rzeczpospolita Novnoebiya), is a sovereign state in Western Hemithea, in Septentrion. It is bordered by _____ to the north, Verrazzano in the south, and the Organized States in the east. It has a total land area of 454,803 square kilometers (175,600 sq mi) and a population of 47,212,170. The capital and largest city is Nowa Partow.

Novnoebiya is a Republic in which the Prime Minister is head of state. The legislature is a unicameral structure, consisting of the Sejm at the national level and State Councils at the local level. The country is comprised of twelve independent states, several of which are led by ethnic minority parties. The establishment of the Novnoebiyan state can be traced back to 1863, when the Commonwealth of Vihoslavia granted the colony home rule. Full independence was not established until 1921, when the country passed a referendum to become independent.
