Novnieba, officially the Republic of Novnieba (Erquinian: Rzeczpospolita Novnieba), is a sovereign state in Western Hemithea, in Septentrion. It is bordered by _____ to the north, Verrazzano in the south, and the Organized States in the east. It has a total land area of 454,803 square kilometers (175,600 sq mi) and a population of 47,212,170. The capital and largest city is Nowa Partow.
Novnieba is a Republic in which the Prime Minister is head of state. The legislature is a unicameral structure, consisting of the Sejm at the national level and State Councils at the local level. The country is comprised of twelve independent states, several of which are led by ethnic minority parties. The establishment of the Novnieba state can be traced back to 1863, when the Commonwealth of Vihoslavia granted the colony home rule. Full independence was not established until 1921, when the country passed a referendum to become independent.
Novnieba is a developed market and regional power. It has one of the largest and most developed economies in Western Hemithea, simultaneously achieving a very high rank on the Human Development Index. Novnieba has a high-income economy, with very high standards of living, life quality, safety, education, and economic freedom. It has a developed public educational system, and provides free university education for citizens. The state also provides social security and universal health care for all citizens. Novnieba is a member state of the _____. The country is well known for it's universities, Catholic identity, periodic rainfall, and electronic sector.

Prehistory and First Erquinian Presence
Colonial Period
In 1591, King Władysław III granted a charter in Western Hemithea to a merchant company owned by Jakob Stokowski. He was granted for colonization a large portion of the coast for the purpose of establishing permanent settlements in Hemithea. The Stokowski company founded a short lived colony on the southern tip of the Ziolospa Peninsula, but later founded the more successful Tovar Colony in 1604.
