The Kasi people ((Kasine: 咖偲人 Khæs̄rī kon; Kachai ກະຈຮະິ ຄົນ Kachai Khon) are a Southeast Coian ethnic group originally native to modern-day Shangea, now largely found in Kuthina, Phet, and Lavana with significant minorities across South and Southeast Coius. They speak a range of mutually intelligible Kasi dialects and language from the Eastern Fa-Naw languages, and are related to other Austrocoiatic peoples, such as the Lue, Kraw, and Rao.
