Upon graduating from the academy she was made the {{wpl|Executive officer}} of the SAA ''Dauntless'', then as the XO of the SAA ''Defender''. She given command of ISV ''[[Diadem-class cruiser|Yakumo]]'' until she promoted by the Empress to {{wpl|Commodore}} and given command of the Seventeenth Cruiser Squadron, shortly after she was given command of Atmoran Forces Rusina and promoted to the rank of {{wpl|Rear Admiral}}. In 2069 in the Battle of Actium, Admiral Lictenburg tasked Praas and Varenhorst to relieve the Imperial Forces fighting against the Vrakyan Space Force. After the battle, the Empress promoted her {{wpl|Vice Admiral}}.
Following the Atmoran-Vrakyan War, the Empress had given command of the Fifth Fleet to Praas. After the battles of Terra Elisabeth, Tarath and Hesduros the Empress impressed by her victories promoted her to {{wpl|Grand Admiral}} and given supreme command over the [[Imperial Expeditionary Force]]. As Commander Imperial Expeditionary Forces she raised the Imperial Android Army quickly to combat the numerically superior Vrakyan Army.
She achieved a grand victory for the Atmoran Empire in the Vrakyan Front, with low Atmoran casualties utterly destroying the [[Vrakyan Armed Forces]].
