Captain lieutenant Jonkvrouwe Evangeline Helène Bernadette Praas is a Royal Atmoran Navy officer who serves as the commander of the 210 Naval Squadron since 16 May 2016.

Early life

Jonkvrouwe Eva Praas was born in Saint Annasburg, on 25 June 1982, the daughter of Senator Michiel Praas and Estella Kortz. She attended the Koninklijk Instituut voor de Marine from 1999 to 2003, graduating at the top of her class and with distinction she was commissioned with the rank of Sub-lieutenant within the Fleet Air Force as a J-54 Wildekat pilot, until becoming a J/A-29 Merlet pilot.
