The Royal Atmoran Navy (Dutch: Rijksmarine RM) is the naval warfare service branch of the Atmoran Armed Forces. The Royal Atmoran Navy is amongst the largest and most powerful naval forces in the world, having the second highest combined battlefleet tonnage (3,897,686 tonnes as of 2016). The main rivals in Halkeginia for the Royal Atmoran Navy is the Aravean Navy and the Royal Vozhian Navy.

The Royal Atmoran Navy consists of seven components: Surface Fleet, Royal Atmoran Navy Submarine Service, Royal Atmoran Naval Air Service, Royal Marine Corps, Royal Atmoran Auxiliary Fleet, and the Royal Naval Medical Service. The Royal Atmoran Navy as 337,325 active personnel and 128,851 reserve personnel, supported by 10,800 civillian personnel.

The Royal Naval Forces Halkeginian Command (Dutch: Commandement der Zeemacht in het Halkeginië CZMHALK), is based at Saint Annaburg under the command of the Admiral Eelco H. Zernitz, along with being the primary fleet in charge of operations within the Halkeginian Sea along with the defence of the Atmoran mainland southern coast. The Halkeginian Fleet - First Atmoran Fleet (Dutch: Halkeginenzee Vloot) is responsible for all naval forces within the Halkeginian Sea and the Northern Emporic Ocean, along with anti-submarine warfare to defend the southern coast from Imperial Aravean Navy cruise missile and attack submarines.

The Seventh Fleet (Dutch Zevende Vloot), is the largest component of the CZMHALK and responsoible for all operations within the Southern Emporic Ocean along with the Gulf of Rohane. As such it is one the largest fleets meant to project Atmoran power across the globe.

The Royal Naval Forces Sedna Command (Dutch: Commandement der Zeemacht in het Sednazee CZMSEDNA) is headquarters at Brunna, Lieseltania and under the command of Admiral Diederick Krieger, the Sedna Command is responsible for the Sedna Sea along with the Northern Sea. Under the command of the CZMSEDNA is the Second Fleet (Dutch: Tweede Vloot), also known as the Northern Sea Fleet (Dutch: Noordenzee Vloot) is primarily tasked with patrolling the Sedna Sea and the Northern Sea against the Royal Vozhsk Navy and Imperial Aravean Navy submarines, along with force projection in the Lieseltanian Far North and the Northern Sea. The Third Fleet (Dutch: Derde Vloot), also known as the White Sea Fleet (Dutch: Witte Zee Vloot) is one the smallest fleets within the Rijksmarine, the third fleet is responsible for operations within the White Sea and the Northern Arctic Ocean.

Royal Naval Forces Forces Anemoisic Command

The Royal Naval Forces Anemoisic Command (Dutch: Commandement der Zeemacht in het Anemoïsisch, CZMANE) is headquarters at Roesbrugge, Saint Marina Islands, Asvarre under the command of Admiral Sigmund Botteriete, who also serves as Admiral USAM (ADUS). The CZMANE is spilt into two numbered fleets, each responsible for their own side of the Anemoisic Ocean. One the main components of the CZMANE is the Fifth Fleet (Dutch: Vijfde Vloot), responsible for the western Anemoisic Ocean. The second largest fleet within the Royal Navy is the Ninth Fleet (Dutch: Negende Vloot) responsible for the entire southern Anemoisic Ocean, along with ensuring safe passage of Atmoran merchenant ships through the Estocan canal and the Gilead Sea.

Fifth Fleet

The Fifth Fleet, is based at Yokosuka Naval Base, Mizuho and has its headquarters at Westende, Asvarre, under the command of Vice Admiral Sietse K. de Koning. The Fleet consists of the following units:

The commissioned officer ranks of the Royal Atmoran Navy are divided into three categories: junior officers, senior officers, and flag officers. Junior officers are those officers in pay grades O-1 to O-4, while senior officers are those in pay grades O-5 and O-6, and flag officers are those in pay grades of O-7 and above.
