The Kingdom of Vita (Regno de Vivo (Vitan)) or Citystate of Vita or just Vita is a nation in the Coalition of Crown Albatross located on the continent of Adula, surrounded by the Alberine Sea. The Kingdom is divided into 8 Districts and subdivided into 20 Municipalities. Vita is a developed country.

Etymology

The Etymology of the name, Vita comes from Latin for the word "life". It was named "Insuloj de Vivo" in Vitan starting by 1930. The original name of the Vitan Islands prior to 1930 was "Insuloj de La Ĝardeno de Edeno kaj Sankta Maria" in Vitan (Islands of The Garden Eden and Saint Mary (in English)). The Islands prior to human inhabitation were considered untouched and stunning. To many, the islands were considered the Garden of Eden of the world. It's beauty was seen as a great power all on it's own.

History

Colonization

In 1837 Albarine would take over the Vitan Islands. The Vitan Islands prior to this point were not populated. Between 1840 and 1870 upto 250,000 immigrants came to Vita's shores. During the mid-1870's the industrial revolution would begin.
