Berkafurt; from 1926 to 1967: Ochsenbeinfurt, is a city, located in western Besmenia. It is the capital of the Besmenian state of Frankenburg, and with a population of 399,222 thousands, the biggest city in Frankenburg and the fourteenth biggest in Besmenia. The city is located on the east side of Lake NAME.
As the seat of the state government of Frankenburg and the State Chamber of Frankenburg as well as numerous state authorities, the city is the political center of Frankenburg. In addition, important educational and cultural institutions of the federal state are concentrated here.
