The Constituent States of Ossoria form the highest administrative subdivision of the High Kingdom. Each Kingdom holds administrative jurisdiction over a defined geographic territory and shares sovereignty with the High Kingdom. Each Kingdom retains its own Royal Family, regalia, and maintains a [[Ossorian Home Guard|limited reserve military]] under the overall jurisdiction of the [[Ossorian Armed Forces|Royal Armed Forces]].

Because of this, their residents are considered full Ossorian citizens and granted the same rights and privileges as the residents of a Kingdom.

The High Kingdom of Ossoria is a federal monarchy consisting of seventeen consituent states: ten Kingdoms, four Principalities, one Republic, one Confederacy, and one City-state.
