Thongaland is a province in Rwizikuru, which as of the 2011 census is the fourth-most populous province in the country, with 3.9 million inhabitants living in the district. Its district seat is Majabvi. It is bordered to the west by Mabifia, to the north by the Northern Territory, to the east by the Midlands, and to the south by Manathea.
