Tsarevich Nicholas Ivanov, (Nicholas Alexis Danil Rhomaios-Troadinos Ivanov) is the second eldest son of Alexis V of Velikoslavia and Theodora, Grand Princess of Mesogeia and second in line to inherit the Sapphire Throne. He was born in June of 2010 and is two years younger than his elder brother, Paul. Nicholas is styled as the Count of Alborg, inheriting the title at birth.
Early Life
Birth
Nicholas was born in 2010 in Fjalnir, Velikoslavia at the Cedar Palace under the care of the court physician and team of midwives. It was announced his god parents were XXX and XX and he was dedicated at the Aldur Monestary near the palace three days after birth per tradition. His grandparents, Constantine, Despot of Morea and Sophia, Despotissa of Morea from his mother's side and Frederica of Silingia from his father's side were all present for his birth. At four weeks old, he was moved to Velinov Palace in the Grand Apartment, where he was raised for the first decade of his life by his mother and father.
