Moulette grew up in Þatan and began teaching at a small village school in 1946, after serving for a few years in the Seketese army during the Nelbec War. by the 1960's he started teaching at various public schools in Þatan, where he started getting involved with his teacher's union as well as the underworld of the Seketese democracy movement. Under the dictatorial rule of [[Etyjen Pesan]] and the [[Kjedorate Party]], Moulette was arrested and nearly fired multiple times due to his opposition work.
