Patjik Moulette (born 15 October 1922) was a Seketese school teacher, union leader, and later politican, who served as Prime Minister of Seketan from 1978 to 1994. Before politics, he was a primary school teacher and teachers union leader in Þatan, where he faced persecution and harassment from the ruling authoritarian Kjedorate regime. He was a key leader of the Socialist Democracy Movement during the 1978 Seketese Revolution and would be elected as Seketan's first, and to date longest serving, democratically elected leader.

Moulette grew up in Þatan and began teaching at a small village school in 1946, after serving for a few years in the Seketese army during the Nelbec War. by the 1960's he started teaching at various public schools in Þatan, where he started getting involved with his teacher's union as well as the underworld of the Seketese democracy movement. Under the dictatorial rule of Etyjen Pesan and the Kjedorate Party, Moulette was arrested and nearly fired multiple times due to his opposition work. He helped found the Socialist Democratic Movement in 1968 to promote and fund protests, but it was made illegal in 1969 for “subversive and insurgent practices” and operated underground until 1977, when the outbreak of the 1978 Seketese Revolution led to massive protests, often with Moulette at the forefront.
